Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are the rights of cybermalls and users in using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by the current store Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as "malls") operated by the current store company (e-commerce operator).The purpose is to define obligations and responsibilities.
※ These terms and conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to e-commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc. unless it is contrary to its nature.」
Article 2 (Definitions)
① The term "mall" means a virtual business establishment established by the current store to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users by using information and communication facilities such as computers.
② The term "user" means members and non-members who access "mall" and receive services provided by "mall" under these terms and conditions.
③ The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member of the "mall" and can continuously use the services provided by the "mall".
④ The term 'non-member' refers to a person who does not join the membership and uses the service provided by the mall.
Article 3 (Explanation, explanation and revision of terms and conditions, etc.)
① "Mall" shall be the details of these terms and conditions, the name of the representative, the address of the place of business (including the address of the place where consumers can handle complaints), and the telephone number.Post the copy transmission number, e-mail address, business registration number, communication sales business report number, personal information protection manager, etc. on the initial service screen (front) of the current store cyber mall. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by the user through the connection screen.
② "Withdrawal of subscription from among the contents stipulated in the terms and conditions before the user agrees to the terms and conditions.A separate connection screen or pop-up screen, etc. shall be provided so that users can understand important details such as delivery responsibility and refund conditions, etc. to obtain confirmation from users.
③ "Mall" may be amended to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, such as the Consumer Protection Act, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signatures Act, the Information Network Use Promotion, Information Protection Act, etc.
④ If "Mall" amend the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for revision shall be specified and announced on the initial surface of the mall from 7 days before the date of application. However, if the terms and conditions are changed against the user, the notice shall be made with a grace period of at least 30 days. In this case, "Mall" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision to make it easier for users to understand.
" If "Mall" amends the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall apply only to contracts entered into after the date of application, and the terms and conditions before the amendment shall be applied. However, if a user who has already signed a contract sends a message to "Mall" within the notice period of the amendment under paragraph (3) and receives the consent of "Mall", the amendment clause applies.
The matters not prescribed in this Agreement and the interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Fair Trade Commission's e-commerce regulations.
Article 4 (Provide and change of services)
① "Mall" performs the following tasks:
1. Providing information on goods or services and signing a purchase contract
2. Shipping of goods or services with a purchase contract
3. Other duties determined by the "mall"
② "Mall" may change the details of goods or services to be provided under a contract concluded in the future in case of a shortage of goods or services or technical specifications. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of delivery are specified and immediately announced where the current goods or services are posted.
③ If the contents of the service contracted with the user to be provided by the "Mall" are changed due to the lack of goods, etc. or the change of technical specifications, the reason shall be notified to the user immediately.
Article 5 (Discontinuation of Services)
① "Mall" is a maintenance inspection of information and communication facilities such as computers.In the event of a replacement, failure, or loss of communication, the provision of services may be temporarily suspended.
② "Mall" notifies the user of the provision of the service due to the temporary suspension of the service due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (1). However, this is not the case if the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
③ If the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, or integration between companies, "Mall" shall notify the user by the method prescribed in Article 8 and compensate the consumer according to the conditions originally set forth in "Mall". However, if the "mall" does not notify the standard of compensation, the users' mileage or reserves shall be paid to the users in kind or cash equivalent to the currency value used in the "mall".
Article 6 (Membership)
① Users apply for membership by filling out the membership information in accordance with the subscription form prescribed by "Mall" and expressing their intention to agree to this agreement.
② "Mall" shall be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following among users who have applied to join as a member as specified in paragraph (1):
1. Where an applicant has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Agreement, except where he/she has obtained approval for re-entry into the membership of "Mall" three years after the loss of membership under Article 7 (3).
2. If there is a false, omitted entry, or misstatement in the registration details;
3. Where it is deemed that registration as a member has significant technical difficulties in the "mall";
③ The time of establishment of the membership contract shall be when the acceptance of "Mall" reaches the membership.
④ If there is a change in the registration details of a member, the member shall notify the "Mall" within a considerable period of time by modifying the member information.
Article 7 (Withdrawal of members, loss of qualification, etc.)
① Members may request withdrawal from the "Mall" at any time, and the "Mall" process withdrawal immediately.
② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, "Mall" may restrict and suspend his/her membership:
1. When false information is registered when applying for a subscription
2. In case the member fails to pay the payment of goods purchased using the "mall" or other obligations incurred by the member in connection with the use of the "mall" on the due date;
3. Where it threatens the order of e-commerce, such as interfering with other people's use of "mall" or stealing such information;
4. Where an act is prohibited or contrary to the public service by the Act or the terms and conditions using the "mall";
③ "Mall" restricts membership."Mall" may lose its membership if the same action is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after suspension.
" If a "mall" loses its membership, the membership registration is cancelled. In such cases, the member shall be notified and the member shall be given an opportunity to explain for at least 30 days before the member registration is revoked.
Article 8 (Notification to Members)
① If the "mall" notifies the member of the e-mail address, the member may make a prior agreement with the "mall".
② "Mall" may be substituted for individual notifications by posting on the "Mall" bulletin board for at least one week in case of notification of many unspecified members. However, individual notification shall be given to matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transaction.
Article 9 (Application for Purchase)
① A "mall" user shall apply for purchase on the "mall" in the following or similar ways, and the "mall" shall provide the following information easily when a user applies for purchase:
1. Search and select goods, etc.
2. Enter recipient's name, address, phone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number), etc.
3. Details of the terms and conditions, services that are restricted from withdrawal of subscription, and shipping feeConfirmation of the details related to the cost of installation, etc.
4. An indication that you accept these terms and conditions and confirm or reject the above 3. (e.g., mouse click)
5. Application for purchase of goods, etc. and confirmation of such purchase or consent to confirmation of "mall"
6. Select payment method
② If the "mall" needs to provide and entrust the buyer's personal information to a third party, the buyer's consent shall be obtained when applying for the actual purchase, and comprehensive consent shall not be obtained in advance when signing up as a member. In such cases, "Mall" shall specify the items of personal information provided, the purpose of use of personal information by the recipient, the period of use, etc. to the buyer. However, if there is a different provision in the relevant statutes, such as the entrustment of personal information processing under Article 25 (1) of the Information and Communication Network Use Promotion and Information Protection Act, it shall apply.
